Made with grapes from Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco, this fermented in stainless steel and was bottled unoaked. The wine has only 10.5% alcohol, with notable acidity and freshness and a touch of residual sugar (three grams). I don’t think I’ve seen a paler white; it’s really transparent, light, fresh, vibrant and easy to drink. It has notes of green apples and fresh yellow berries with a nose that makes me think of sake! A surprising new product. 1.3 million bottles produced. They bottle through the year from a master blend.
