VN9090 pts. - Vinous - Nov 2021 The 2020 Mâcon-Bussières Le Monsard has a well-defined and quite lifted bouquet with lovely floral scents, buttercup and dandelion. The palate is well balanced with a sappy entry, orange rind and tangerine with a light spicy note towards the finish. Give this two to four years in bottle if you can. Closure: Diam. (Neal Martin)RP89+89+ pts. - Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate - 8th Sep 2022 Offering up aromas of crisp orchard fruit, fresh melon, white flowers and wet stones framed by light reduction, the 2020 Mâcon-Bussière Le Monsard is medium-bodied, satiny and racy, with chalky structure and a tightly wound core. RP92+92+ pts. - Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate - 8th Sep 2022 The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé En Chatenay has turned out nicely, unfurling to reveal aromas of crisp stone fruit, white flowers, freshly baked bread, mandarin oil and confit citrus. Medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with bright acids and a saline finish, it sees the longest élevage of any wine in the range, with used barrels from Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault.
