Sweet white flowers and spice hints complement lime and green apple notes. There’s a burst of green citrus intensity on the palate, along with depths of saline minerality. A balanced inner sweetness adds fantastic harmony throughout. The Otto finishes decidedly long and staining with traces of candied lime but also fresh with a reverberation of tension that keeps the mouth watering for more.
